Tonight my housemate and I improvised some chickpea burgers. We sort of went by what we felt like putting in rather than any recipe, so I’ll try to remember what we did, because they were extremely yummy.

Apparently I am addicted to these flavors in the winter. When it’s cold, all I feel like is sweet potatoes, basil, tomatoes, spinach… I try to get some variety in, but sometimes you’ve just got to listen to your tummy!

Big salad time… 
After snacking on fruit all morning, this was a nice dose of veggies.

Kale, romaine, spinach, broccoli slaw, pumpkin seeds, avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Followed up by another small banana smoothie for dessert. Yum.
