Pasta Leaves

I bought this weird-looking pasta at the Ranelagh farmers’ market a few weeks ago, and I finally got to try it out last night.

I think it’s very fitting for fall pasta because it looks like little leaves!
And it was super chewy and flavorful — the ingredients were only wheat, water, semolina and spinach.
