I got an effing huge bag of swiss chard at the Trinity Church farmers’ market on Saturday. I made a salad with it yesterday (nothing special, just chard and strawberries with an agave-mustard vinaigrette), but I barely made a dent in the bag, so chard it was for dinner tonight. (No complaints here…)
